US stealth paypal, how to cashout?
 

So i have a us paypal (fully verified with vba and all the stuff) but i'm from europe so i can't cashout to a bank.

Thing is that it receives 1000$-3000$/month from ebay and i don't know how to cash it out.

What i'm planning to do is buying bitcoins with it on localbitcoins but i don't want it to get limited so i don't know if that's a good idea.

any recomendations?

The forum usually recommends banks, but tell me how local bit coins is doing. :-)

Just curious, when you made or purchased the account....did you ever ask yourself, "how am I going to withdraw the funds"?.

offcourse i did and it worked fine untill the bank i used closed my account for an uknown reason.

So i'm looking for solutions here. I can pay for a working method.

That's one i suggested myself. Looking for better alternatives as this is rather time consuming.

My advice is a bank account. There are plenty of banks in the US.....

You can open an online bank account. (They request a **** load of documents, though.)

I am told that if you have an account with ING (Voya) in your home country, they will open a US account for you. But I do not know the details and I have NOT confirmed this.

There ARE still ways to get a US Bank account, but is difficult. Contrary to popular opinion, there is NO federal law that says you must be a US citizen to have a US bank account. After 9/11 the "Patriot Act" was passed which says that banks must "know their customers". Of course, the easiest way to comply is by obtaining the customer's SSN, so most banks do that. And many don't want to deal with international customers - it is a small market segment, so it is not a priority for them.

The result is, in most cases, the banks want to see you in one of their branches before allowing you to open an account. But there are some that might. Wells Fargo, HSBC and ING (Voya) keep coming up. So check with them to see if they will do it and what their requirements are.

I helped my international friend to open an account at wellsfargo last year. It may only apply to her special case (she has a US VISA). I found a banker in US, and she was supposed to need verification in her local bank. However, she received her card and everything else before going to the bank. Not sure it is helpful or not, PM me if you have any questions.
