Question about PP Italy, do you get 21 days hold for payments not from Ebay?

ok, Italy PayPal, new and verified if this account got a payment ( not from ebay ) any chance that this account get 21 days hold?

yes all payment for goods will get hold. if you add tracking number it will get release 2-3 days after tracking shows item delivered.

Any pp platform (regardless of country) can get 21 day hold from what I understand

no this is not correct i used like 10 + countries never had 21 days ( none ebay payments )
that is why I am asking about italy!!

I have no experience of Italy ,but for most countries it's always possible to get holds for non eBay payments. It depends usually on the age and activity on the account, if it's a new account I try to keep initial payments under 50 euro for a few transactions

It doesn't really matter, paypal can put a 21 day hold on your payments for a few different reasons, main one is not having sold on eBay for any longer than 3 months.

Always used PP paired with eB.

Sorry, I do not know how it works for other payments.
