Listen, this is what you do........

Scan in your docs and edit them to an appropriate size and convert to black & white in jpeg format.

Then, strip the jpegs of their metadata then upload via pp website.

Wait a few days and you will more than likely get a positive email says its all good.

Works 99% of the time.

There are mixed opinions on this thread, but I sent in hundreds of docs man at 99% success rate, so just do it man.

Hope that helps, now tell me where the holes are at, I got some poking to do :)

Im curious as to the black and white thing which is why I asked. A member on here was going to do, but he recommended black and white. I really need this account and want the highest probable chance.

Dont go and show people on a public forum your passport and whatever other info. You dont know who is trustworthy. Sorry but I dont trust anyone here...I am fairly positive we have people on this forum that are associated with ebay and paypal. Youd be an idiot to think otherwise. You share your documents then turn around and submit them to paypal and you could potentially be permanently restricted. Just my thought.
