I already have a previous EIN and I used a different address this time (UPS store mailbox). I don't know if that was the problem or not?
Also, I selected "Started a new business"
(Select this option if you are beginning a new business.)
and also selected the option for Internet Sales when it asked for type of business.
Do you know if any of these choices would have caused the EIN not to be approved online?
