No definite answer to your question.
There are factors that would influence this transaction such as the age of the accounts, how often you plan on doing this etc.
I can tell you this much - do this too often and both accounts will get shut down. if this is how you plan to cashout your paypal account I would advise against it.
Why not just use a US based bank account? if you live in Canada its a simple enough matter to get one (or a few). |
