Paypal Holds

Do paypal still do payment holds?

Im looking to receive around 4,000GBP in my paypal account soon.

Ive had my ebay and paypal account set up for around 3-5 months (not too sure exact date)

and I dont want to receive these funds for paypal to put a 'hold' on it
