Best Way to get in Touch with AUP Department?
Today I was limited for violating of PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Quote:
We have recently reviewed your PayPal account activity, and determined that
you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales
/ offers on <X>.
| The only problem is the "X" URL is NOT MY PRODUCT! I was using a checkout gateway to sell my eBook, and the gateway redirected them to that URL after checkout (it was the default URL and I forgot to change it within the settings.)
I called PayPal 3 times and all 3 agents said they cannot do anything -- it is up to the AUP department, who apparently do not have a phone number, only email. One agent said he submitted a ticket to the AUP department for me.
My account is over 8 years old, has 2 student accounts, $75,000+ worth of transactions easily, have been using eBay for years and years (what I was limited for has nothing to do with eBay.)
Any suggestions or advice? I really have to resolve this. I was making about $5k/month.
