I can not add bank to Withdraw funds
 

Hi here

my US paypal is out of 180 day limit. But I can not add a bank to Withdraw funds
then I saw payopal Resolution Center.It said you can add a card and add a bank account.
anybady has same problems? how to Solve it？

Have had a few of these recently, just at phone them p and pp will add it manually, had one yesterday that once they had added it, I went to withdraw and I git the 'we don't recognise the device you are using' message and wanted me to confirm via reviving a text or phone call, I didn't have the number any more, so called them back again, rep told me it was stuck in an 'authflow ' so I had to send in photo id and to check my pp messages as he would send an upload link.

I got creative with my id, logged back in to upload and found he had sent a message saying he had found a work around and I could withdraw straight away without submitting any id!!

Just goes to show its always worth phoning in if you are limited as you have nothing to lose and may get a result like that!

Your advice is very helpful. but my Paypal account is a Stealth paypal and I dont have any
personal data to offer to paypal rep. can I call them for help yet?

You have to provide PayPal with the same personal data you used to create the account...

Mine were stealth as well, as long as you have good record keeping of all the details you used when creating you are good to go
