Re: I can not add bank to Withdraw funds
Have had a few of these recently, just at phone them p and pp will add it manually, had one yesterday that once they had added it, I went to withdraw and I git the 'we don't recognise the device you are using' message and wanted me to confirm via reviving a text or phone call, I didn't have the number any more, so called them back again, rep told me it was stuck in an 'authflow ' so I had to send in photo id and to check my pp messages as he would send an upload link.
I got creative with my id, logged back in to upload and found he had sent a message saying he had found a work around and I could withdraw straight away without submitting any id!!
Just goes to show its always worth phoning in if you are limited as you have nothing to lose and may get a result like that!
