Idea on how to withdraw UK ebay funds without a bank

Hey if u make a us paypal and get a vba with very cheap international transfer charges u can make accounts on English ebay, make a English paypal and add a vcc. Get 25 selling allowance without adding a bank (won't go into detail) then add your us paypal as the paypal email funds get sent too. I have family in us and I could get at least 8 us bank accounts not to mention us vbas for sale.

Would this work?
