Withdraw Paypal funds to bank after 180 days issue

Do Paypal still allow limited accounts holders to withdraw funds to bank acc after 180 days?

I'm asking this because one of my friends asked me about this today and he told me that 185 days has been passed since his account has been limited and he still not got any email from paypal about withdrawing his funds.

Can anyone confirm?

Some personal told with me,only call to paypal for this trouble
So because I talk english very bad,that why I can't call directly to paypal for ask.

Paypal may release money after 180 days limitation or under certain circumstances, none will be released. paypal usually advises account holders.

If you have money held under 180 day limitations, you have either been told they will be released or you know already they will not.

We do not answer for 'friends'. If the 'friend' needs help, he can join the forum. ,

If they didn't release the funds to you, wouldn't they have told you right when they limited your account?
