e trade to paypal

I was searching a lot of information these days since my CCNow account is terminated last week.

For international sellers run US paypal account, you might apply for an e trade account to get a US rooting number and bank card to withdraw paypal funds, I read an article this morning posted last year says it works.

Searched couple of other websites and even called e trade, they told me US head centre has closed the application for non US residence, so I'm going to call their local office tomorrow (they based in a lot of countries).

Anybody else here use their service? Or anybody else have experience with it?

Where did you do research for etrade?

If you did any on here, and it appears you did NOT, you would have found etrade is a no-go for paypal.

Etrade is known for being very problematic for stealth purposes.
I wouldnt bother risking it.

To add to the discussion, from late 2009 onwards, etrade was suss.

Finally was recommended to avoid its usage.

Another system, where over use caused abuse.
