Also, I just add a new number and call from that one and tell paypal my old number is no longer in service and it needs to be deleted.

Thank you yankee! Couldn't have done it without you and a few other members.
Wasn't so lucky with the main account. But I'm a lot more hopeful now than I was yesterday |

who said adding a new number doesn't work? what if you change your number? it normally works, lately with some pay pals even the original numbers they won't let you use to confirm. but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I didn't have access to it when I created this thread but I've since learned how to spoof it (thanks Jeff Weico). All of the accounts are confirmed already and have been for a long time. Only issue is the security check I get when I try to update banks...

But in all reality, just open business accounts. Much better for a variety of reasons. | peoples work income is that much!
Now if it was deposits every day instead of weekly then yes but I still dont see why that would matter

Personal accounts are not meant for business. Banks deem it risky and close high volume accounts.
Just like this thread is all about the bank closing his accounts because them deemed it risky.....Enough proof right there lol

I don't blame BoA at all for closing my accounts. In hindsight, I deserved it. $4k per week coming in and $3950 going out is something you would not normally see on a personal account. The BoA accounts moved over 100k in their 9 month lifespan but I cashed out every Monday and rarely had over 1k total in the accounts. On top of that, deposits were coming from 4 different stealth names. So, I was using a personal account very suspiciously.
The point of the thread was to discuss my options moving forward.

Which stands where at this point?
One bank account on but your main baby not yet "safe".
Would have helped to keep the whole story together.

Yeah, I'm sorry about that Greenbean. I had some specific questions along the way which I thought would get a better response in their own thread. Here's a summary of where I'm at *removed for l334 h4x stuff*
Now that I've at least been able to work things out with my 2nd most active account, my outlook is a lot more positive. I've never been in any trouble on my main account so I am hopeful that I will be able to add a bank to it when I talk to a rep.

Wouldn't you have avoided this security check issue if using a dedicated VPN IP address per account on separate computer accounts or VMs? Or is the security verification mandatory whenever a new bank account is added to PP?

As of this morning, one paypal has a little over $1k and the other two have right around $800. And of course, I have no way of withdrawing. Tried instant verification again this morning to no avail. Still "device not recognized." | This is probably a question that has already been covered in a forum
thread I have not seen yet but why don't you use the paypal debit
card to take your money out of the account at an ATM?
That's what I do. I never transfer to my bank. I am not taking
more than say $1,000 - $1,500 at a time though. You can still take
more out by going to Walmart and purchasing a money order with
your debit card up to $3,000. Then deposit the money order in your bank.

It is a stealth account with a phony name. I can't get the card.

Dedicated VPN are not the be all and end of stealth.
Still have issues with paypal.

When I use other banks rather than BOA I never have a problem or get the device not recognized. Yesterday linked a boa savings and instantly got the device not recognized.

I'm not using BoA this time around, because they just closed all my accounts last week. Got the notices in the mail today.
But since you mentioned that, I guess it's worth noting that I never had any problems adding BoA accounts.

So for anyone still looking at this thread, something strange started happening today. I tried calling paypal to add bank to my main account, just like I successfully did with my secondary account. But as soon as I enter the "one time PIN" paypal gives me, I get hung up on. Very scary.
I'm hoping I just called at a bad time or something. This is only the second time I've tried calling in on this account.
