PP error msg when adding bank account
When i tried to attach my bank account i got this error message:
"Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
Then i clicked "Add a foreign SEPA bank" and i entered bank account again.
this time i got this message:
"You cannot add a bank at this time".
Its a new account with no vcc attached.
Did i raise a flag?Should i try to attach vcc or i move to next account?
Could capital controls be also a reason for this error msg?

UPDATE: I confirmed vcc successfully but same msg when adding the bank account.
