Where I can comply about PayPal in European Union?
 

I live in Romania and you already heard my problems. I want my money back. I wrote to all those executives an e-mail and they where still not doing anything. And this is not all i kept all the emails from them , and i was the one to request an account review as i was expecting to do more sales.

Now I am feeling like an idiot that I did not gave refunds and ask people to pay me in other ways. the only thing paypal did was to help scammers scam me, even when it was 100% clear that asshole is a lier.

So I want to comply. for US people there are lot of websites, what about for me as an European ?!

We understand you are unhappy with our decision to cease business with you. The limitation was placed due to certain selling activity. <---- They can never tell me for what exactly i was closed. In other e-mails they say transactions or that I am too risky, or that I violated their TOS.

Ok guys, the have no fxxx clues why they banned me for lifetime. I got 4 different answers. each time I e-mail them they give me another dumbs reason. They are just giving me random reasons. I am really feeling discriminated because I am Romanian. I really want to tell European Authorities about them if they can't resolve my problem. I was the one to tell them I am going to increase my sales and here I am... in **** now. :violin:

Complaining to them could make it worse where they hold funds indefinitely - it has been known. They can ask for ID before funds can be released

I will sue them. I am talking about the account I had for 10 years with them. They ****ed me, so why I should not **** them?

They can close accounts if they want

There is no law that says you have to be able to use their services

Sue them for closing your account? When you signed up your accepted their terms & conditions which indicated they could limit or permanently suspend an account at any time.

Plus I highly doubt your budget would be high enough to take PayPal to court.

They have no right to keep your money. However when they close your account they will keep the funds for 180 days and then release it to you.

Best you can do is to found out at which date they will give you back your money. Remember the date and forget the rest, any effort you will spend on this is wasted effort.
