I've had success with gyft before, just shift the money to an aged account and all you need to verify is a phone number with gyft. I've purchased around $600 in amazon cards so far. But i've know people that have had to put all sorts of info for gyft if it's a new account and such. Worth a try though.

I wish shifting was this easy lol. I can never shift my balance. Maybe I'm a noob. I've got a legit business account and I can't even make purchases from my online store for the most part.

This thread is basically useless now unless your id is verified, you cannot spend paypal money for purchases any more (at least on new accounts) unless they are ID verified? I tried to pay ebay shipping with paypal and it said I had not enough money in acct, when I went on and looked I had $800 in paypal but had used up the $25 vanilla card I had originally attached?

No I have sold $5000 and moved $4200 of it to bank, I need to have $500 to pay ebay fees, if they will let me pay them from balance but it looks like I wont be able to.

Well deserved for the most part. Logic needs to be restored to this forum. So many very sily issues being hashed over and over again from the same few people who seem to be extremely slow learners or incapable.
