URL to email Paypal

It's weird that when you log in to Paypal and go to contact page, they don't show the email us link so here's what you do to email them.

1. Log off Paypal (WARNING PAYPAL LINK)
2. Go to this Paypal's url https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/email
3. It will prompt you to login, do so...
4. Voila! You can now email Paypal
5. Goodluck!

Huh? I don't know about your accounts but all of mine clearly show the email link.

If I click either of these two links:


I'm taken to:

https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home

Then the self-help page shows:


I click email, and viola!

Maybe they would rather you just call in? What kind of Paypal account are you talking about?

I don't know why you would want to email paypal besides from getting information like terms, policies, etc. It's not like the email function gives better support than the calling function.

..... Or Does it?
