Thats why i think you spoke to someone there who has no clue lol.

As you do upload id to lift limits so he would have known the reason for the docs being there before.

But your limitation says you cannot appeal against it so adding id wont get it overturned.
Its a permanent limitation and he surely would have seen that?

When you go to the resolution centre are the docs showing as attached in the middle of the screen?

With the date and name of document?

Because normally when you add docs to lift limits you can see them having been added and showing up in the resolution centre if they havent been accepted as yet.

Bank would have been added but when docs get rejected it goes back to that blue tick thing.
But if the docs werent looked at then it would still show them being looked at in resolution centre.

Thats because it was removed before sending it to him.
So a new one needs to be added i guess but there is no point because he has a "this limitation cannot be appealed against" message.

If he contacts paypal to much they may ask for id to release his money in 180 days and that never ends well [emoji53]

Ok so spoke to a guy there and he sounded straight forward. Just said that they said that the photo id looked a bit vague and they would like me to send in some more id. Said for me to check my messages and he send me a message asking for A valid photo ID (front/back copy)
A recent card statement showing the last four digits of the card, your billing address and your full name as registered on your PayPal account.

So hopefully this will sort it :s 0

Hopefully the seller you bought from can help you.
Remember the pic has to be the same and if you gave a passport last time you should give drivers this time or vice versa.

Hello guys, Quick update for anyone interested.

Submitted docs a week ago tomorrow.
The guy I spoke to on the phone said they would get back to me after I submitted the docs within 24 to 72 hours.

nearly a week and still no feedback?
I might phone again tonight :S

Hi Guys,
Still no news , its been a week and I was told 24 to 72 hours.
I really want to phone up , this is really pis@ing me off.
Anyone ells had the ( we will contact you within 24 to 72 hours and not been contacted?)

If it was not a st account I would be on the phone going mad but as it is I cant.
But wouldn't they expect some calls if it was not a st account?

why in the world would you have a 7 month old account and not deposit any money out in 7 months?

a lot of times paypal wants to suspend accounts with money in it, because for 6 months, they will be earning interests in your money.

in the USA< you upload docs and they get looked in while on phone and decision made.

Still no news , only an email saying to contact them on message or call them. Ebay fee is due and they can't get that from pp so I'm going to call ....

Why do they close the accounts permanently if you call them on these occasions?

I had times when they said it'll take 24 to 48 hours (just like you) to make a decision.. but .. unfortunately it took way longer.
But the call solved the issue (many times).
Though, there were occasions when they closed the account (but then the documents were probably shady)...

Morning all ,
So phoned last night and spoke to some Irish woman.
Ape tangly they can't see the files I uploaded two weeks ago ?
Then she said the limit is not apealable ?
So I asked why was I asked to send in the info and was told it would just be a matter of checking the docs and should be fine ?
She was talking to me like she couldn't give the slightest fucc .
So I uploaded the docs again.
She said it would have to go to the back office for them to look at.
She got a bit ****y about the fact I have two cases open from buyers who opens disputes as Abernathy they didn't order from me and there account must have been hacked . I explained that that has nothing to do with me and the two cases are Both roughly £7 .
So I'm going to phone again this morning to check they have the docs. So frustrating :|
