Hi, I am using stealth german paypals. I verify them with vcc and phone number. But always when I try to send money from them I am getting this error: we cant send your payment right now". If I would add VBA to all paypal accounts maybe it could help me to avoid this error when I send the money or pay for goods?

leave the account for couples of days then it will work fine

When did GERMAN paypals accept VBAs?

this usually happens on accounts that have RECENTLY received the payment.

You can verify it to 100% and it would not let you send. This is a method by Paypal to stop you from moving money too fast specially when you don't have enough credibiltity. They do say it but they don't trust you yet.

I am getting money to new pp accounts. They are maximum 1 month old. I am earning till ~450 eur and after the 7 days of last received payment I am trying to send money. And that is how I am getting this errors. Should I wait more than 7 days??

Anything less than 90days is considered new in Paypal's eyes.

Not the best way of cashing out an account but I suppose if you dont live in the US you have to find your own way of doing things...
Like others said its a trust issue and the more history youll have for the account the easier it will become.
Make sure to always do things with a Static IP address - it will help.
