Paypal withdrawing funds to bank

I apologise in advance if the following question has been asked many times, with all the changes etc happening plus while searching the forum a person can get many different answers from different users which can be a bit confusing.

I want to ask if its okay to Withdraw funds from a paypal stealth account into my paypal attached bank account? The name on my paypal account is a slight variation of my real name on my bank account?

The bank is with halifax.

Which country bank account you are using for withdrawl
there is different different policy of the bank account
