Do you hate getting that error message "we are unable to send your payment right now" message

Well if you get this message the best method to send your payment is to use your phone and download the app. Whenever you download the app onto your phone and try to send this payment you will never have issues. I would suggest trying to use a vpn on your phone to keep your Ip the same throughout the process.

Most people cannot use the app.
if your account has been banned before, and you previously used the app with the old account, then you cannot use it with a new account because paypal keep track of the phone number, IMEI number etc.. (as does the ebay app)

You can use xprivacy on android rooted device and you are fine to use app with several accounts.

This will get you linked but using the paypal app they can see your number and your phone info such as mac address and ID

Am I the only one using an android emulator on my PC?
This way the PC's IP address is a match for any apps used via the emulator - and the IP solution used for the account through your PC is shared with the apps.
And this can be done separately for various windows user accounts meaning they will have complete separation as well and you can use one instance of very app per account.

In fact if you get this message, the pp app will not help you.
You will get this message within app.

I'm going to guess that in order for the app to help with this error message, it would need to be installed on the original phone used to create the account. Because this would bypass the need for them to "call or text verify" you..

I wasn't fooled, I was just proposing an explanation for the mixed results being reported on here.

I've actually never got this error message before. It is my understanding that you get that message when trying to send money before Paypal trusts you. I've gotten the "we don't recognize your device" error message when attempting to add a new bank account to an established account and have not been able to defeat it. I've been forced to utilize alternative withdrawal methods :(

There must be some solution, bypass or whatever you want to call it.
In my opinion some users know it, but don't want to share it with us.
If someone have something, i can pay for the info on pm! ;)

I have been all over this and there isn't any solution just withdraw and even when you withdraw the funds stay pending anywhere from 2-3 days even longer.
Found small solution but even so, PayPal eventually closes all the ports.

When PayPal closes all the ports there is no way to send money. You can write, call.

After 90 days call PayPal and have it removed, the rep will ask you to wait, and then wait 24 hours and the internal glitch is gone !

Yes it took 90 days for stealth.

Tested on 2 accounts, I'm not entirely sure but after 3 months all accounts went back to normal.

One account got limited and I was able to pass the limitation and it kept glitching after that.

*forgot to mentioned I had to call and the rep told me to wait, after like 1 minute in line, she told to wait 24 hours. After which worked and I never had the same issue again.

1. wait 12-24 hours
2. exchange your paypal funds to other
3. use paypay app android iPhone
4. just click "send couple" sometime PayPal ask phone confirmation when all work fine
5. try send to different paypal account
6. call to paypal support sometime they can reset this security system
7. use ebay or other websites
8. use invoice option
9. use donate button

If pp drops error "we can not recognie your device" and asks to confirm phone number on checkout, it always goes through good.
Does anyone has ideas how to make pp not to recognize the device? Deleting cookies does not help, renaming pc does not help, changing ip does not help... Any ideas?

And what android emulators you are using for pc? Need option for slower and older pc..

usually for me PayPal before send any payment ask phone verification and allow send but now I got same problems no ask phone and no allow to sent money.
very strange maybe when update payment script I don't know try to found way to sending money now.
Usualy I can use money instant when I got it but now.. NO

There are many open threads about this issue, is a security system in place to prevent fraud.

ByPass method:
Create history on your account, send and receive small amounts.
New accounts don't send huge sums,
Connect a real phone number on PayPal in case you need to verify your phone.
Use your account and give it time before sending money.
Don't send to new accounts, it won't let you.
Wait 24-48 hours between transactions.

The security system is really painful and crap.

Did you try waiting for months before trying to add a bank again? Or there's no way to add a bank?

If it works only for the mobile app?/ then whats the purpose of desktop browser cookies? surely that defeats the purpose of it? i think paypal just deliberately throws that error for various reasons known to themselves

very import thing avoid this error IP address if your IP is clean and strong never has this issues with new and old acc.. trust me
