Guys, idk about other countries but in Albania the card is not required to match paypal name.

I have a couple of stealths in different names. I have attached to all of them different visa cards but all in my real name (mismatch with stealth). I can withdraw to them all.

Question : what about paypal register country and country where VISA I get , example, LATVIA PAYPAL OR ANOTHER DIFFERENT PAYPAL EUROPE AND HK OR ANOTHER COUNTRY NOT SAME AS REGISTER PAYPAL.. does anynoe have experience in this?

US people using Ntro vcc's had problem because of the currency of the vcc.
I assume the cc should be in euro or us dollar to work.

Name match is important with some banks/financial services and not others

There is no problem where is the CC issued, till it works correctly.

Yes correct. But you need to make sure that this CC will accept your withdraw currency. For example your account is based in EUROS but you ar withdrawing to USD card. It might rise issue also with your PayPal account while verifying this card..
