 PayPal cannot add a bank account
Hey everyone,
About 3 months ago I had a PayPal account limited, where it asked for the standard ID, address verification, information about the last transaction, etc etc. However, when I went to click to enter information about the last transaction - it took me to a "transaction ID not found page".
After contacting PayPal about this, they fully limited the account and sent me a canned message over their message centre that I'd be able to withdraw the funds in 45 days - fine, no big deal. 45 days comes, I get the email that my funds are ready. However, I go to add a bank account - but "You cannot add a bank at this time". Oddly, for my limitation conditions - it lists it under things I can do with the account. I do have a bank account on my account and am looking to add another. Problem is, it was a VBA and I cannot withdraw to it, as well - being a stealth account, it's not in my name or address. So I call up PayPal and ask if they can add an account - no dice, they say they can't do it from their end and that I should request a check.
Has everyone ever faced this before? If so, what can I do?
