Booking a trip to US to open Bank accounts for US Paypal

I'm thinking about booking a flight to us to open US bank accounts. However, what should i tell, when they ask me why do i want to open an account as a foreigner, and where do they send me the Bank statements to? Also, will it raise red flags, if i open many bank accounts on my US trip, which lasts for like 2 weeks

you will need a passport i think in your case. Im not sure if they will open one for you i think you have to be a u.s citizen im not totally sure. but they will ask for a home address. E-bank statements are recommended here in the u.s but some still send paper bank statements.

To be Honest i dont think you have the best chance because your not a u.s citizen.. I recommend you have a partner here in the u.s you can trust to help you out.

You could aim at 1 bank account per bank - get a few going, get online access and then slowly add more.

What should you tell? It isn't hard - just say you are staying for a while (Don't need to give out ton of info) and you need to receive money to the bank from family or whatever. Or - better yet - take some USD and deposit in it and say you need to keep it with the bank - feels safer...

For 2 weeks? Not the best plan.

You open account(s)
Then get the funds under different names looks pretty suspicious.
Then out of the country again giving the bank no recourse should something happen.

Seems a bit drastic going all the way to America just to open some bank accounts. If you tell us what your plan is then maybe someone can suggest and easier option
