eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - VCC and VBA ? how do they work??

1. VBA is just for verification. If you want to withdraw then you need real bank account.
2. No need to match only for verification. you need code to verify it that's it. Paypal and VBA name may differ.

VCC's and VBA's are to make your account verified on PayPal and that is it.
This will remove limitations such as sending and withdraw limit.
If you are looking to remove funds from your PayPal do not withdraw to either of these.

a VBA is just for verification purposes mainly used to make sure the account is going to last before adding your real bank account.

Hey you guys know anything about this. Whenever I Upload my Bank account to Paypal It keeps asking me to verify my Identity or Verify card, IDK what to do, I dont want to verify the card because it is a Prepaid card. I can get around it by changing the Url. IDK if I should add my debit card to the account because you have to put in the billing address and I dont want my account to get linked. Anyone run into something like this

I need advice on what card should I buy to verify new paypal account, I need one of those that comes with routing number, on my old pp account I used a prepaid paypal card which it worked good for verification and withdrawal, this time I want to use a different card, any suggestions please... thanks in advance

Most 0/0 come from bad telephone numbers in my experience.

If the name dies match the given phone number will trigger PP's security and you may get locked out and not able to do anything.

eulaclarke86 - adding or not adding a VBA has nothing to do with 0/0 limits. Most sellers here add only a VCC whereas I myself add only VBAs - and we both sell high limit accounts.

is paypal and transferwise okey with missmatched names, i don't want to withdraw money just to verify the paypal account, it's US paypal

Yes that's what he meant, but muzzie isn't selling those VCCs any more because Visa shut that (and the countless other related) card program down.

If you're looking for a card to withdraw to, I'd give Paysera a look.

You will need to withdraw in your real name since they don't officially allow mismatched names; there is a chance that they will send you an email about the mismatched names if you do it.

However, unless you have an incredibly unique name, creating another PayPal in your real name (but with all other details different) isn't a problem.

Mismatching addresses work fine.
