Make sure your VPN does not disconnect from time to time, as this is the main issue of leaking your real IP,in this case the data packets are usually just routed through you ISP as normal, leaving your activity exposed to paypal.this is why sometimes VPS is better than VPN.

but there are some solutions to this issue with VPN, google this "internet kill switch vpn"

thnx ....that helped me alot
i found good serves which offer kill switch
now i created new account n they only can see me using host ip but not my real ip :)
but
i have another problems !!
