Bad bank account
 

I have searched and cannot find this issue specifically addressed. Doesn't mean it's not out there. Maybe I am not searching correctly.

I will be purchasing new stealth accounts soon, very soon. I have two bank accounts. One is burned (linked to my old eb/pp accounts) and the other, I just got but is a Second Chance account.

My question is this....If I try to add an account for withdrawing funds and pp has banned that bank and or card, then can I simply delete that bank/card from pp and add another and try again, or does pp lock your account at that point?

Just to clarify....yes, I know that there are many bank accounts that are accepted. I however, cannot use them yet as I get flagged by Chexsystems. Yes, I plan on clearing up my Chexsystems problem, however, that will take 6-8 months on my current income, whereas if I add to my income with eb sales then I can get that done in 3-4 months.

Also, the first account that is burned but I still have good standing with them is located on the other side of the country. They will not allow me to open more accounts (of any kind) unless I do it in person.

I have a plan....just wondering about this one thing. Does pp lock your account in this situation?

You CAN'T attach a Bank Account that was previously used on a PayPal...no matter if the PayPal is burned or not. You CAN on the other hand is open a new Checking Account with the same Bank and attach to the new PayPal's.

There is banks out there that dont use Chexsystems. I think US bank is one of them

Many small banks and credit unions will allow you to open accounts. You can call a local branch and ask them ahead of applying.

I appreciate it guys, however, I am in a tough bind that I put myself in. Bad credit and Bad Chexsystems. So, even though most reloadable cards have been banned by pp, not all are. I am going to use them to as banks at first. Once my chexsystems issue is resolved, I will switch over to only bank accounts. I have already tried most places that supposedly take ppl like me in. They reject me. It's that bad....


So, question is: If I were to add a card that pp doesn't like then can I simply delete that card and try another or will pp immediately lock that account and I have to start over?

If you mean trying to use a bank account or card that you aren't sure is blacklisted by Paypal or not, then no you generally won't get limited just for that. You'd get limited if you used the same card/bank as on a previously limited account, but if it's just a new one that you're testing out then you should be fine. You'll just receive a message that it can't be added at that time, or possibly a security check that forces you to do phone verification (in the case of a blacklisted bank).

Keep in mind though, it's true not all prepaid cards that have bank accounts attached are blacklisted by Paypal, but most (if not all) do not accept mismatch name deposits.
