i am 99% sure there is no issue with your account, i think if your vcc was blacklisted, they would ask you for a new one. My accounts are 100% verified with real cards and real bank accounts, and it happens to me too..
And I know paypal is not only about seller account, so, you have to consider many things , exemple : does your buyer has a clean account ? he has enough money on his bank account ? does he try to pay with a secured connexion ?
If you account is clean, there is no reason the problem comes from you

I think problems in my side 6 clients in row try to pay me in different PayPal but always same problems we can't send money right now.
Couple called to PayPal and they said this is automatic security system bla bla bla.
Maybe my account flaged? Problems with VCC ? My all account full verified business status
Any idea?
