When opening a bank acc
 

Okay I have an acc with Wells Fargo, and i am currently in a overdraft of -300,

i need to open up a second acc, when opening a new acc will they check my old one and not allow me to open it if i have a neg balance?

You just answered your own question.. but stop over drafting accounts, banks keep a record of people screwing up. Also, if they close this account other banks may do the same after they check a consumer bureau.

You're going to want to take care of that negative balance ASAP.

Not only will you not be able to open a new account with them, but they're going to report that to Chexsystems if it goes unresolved and you won't be able to open a bank account at any major bank (as well as any smaller bank who looks at Chex inquiries) because of it.

Why ask this? Go ask a teller, maybe they'd be able to answer how to scam a bank

Neg accounts at a bank are HORRIBLE for future relations unless taken care of quickly

have the same situ at BOA. They just told me in order to open a new account i need to pay the amount that's in the negative, done.

I am going to open a new bank account with Sierra Bank. Can I link my stealth paypal account to it?
