Won chargeback claim, money still pending?

Hi everyone,

Recently a scammer tried to chargeback money he sent me but I won the claim. However, the money is still pending and paypal tells me this: "We'll refund your payment as soon as your original payment is processed by the bank". I used a VBA to verify my paypal from here: http://www.aspkin.com/forums/ebay-ac...l-account.html

What does this mean? Should I be worried?
