Okay So a buyer purchased an item. It wasnt delivered. it was refused and returned to me. Then they opened a chargeback case before I could issue a refund. I have four options:
Provide Shipping Information.
I can provide evidence other than proof of shipment.
I refunded the payment for this transaction.
I will accept liability for this transaction.
I was told accepting liability means I have to pay a chargeback fee. If I choose "provide shipping information" instead do I stand a chance since it was returned?
