The address I use is the original address used with my first account. I always just add that if I go the check route.

And if it's a business account I change the business name to my real name and than the check is cut with my real name and address, makes things easy

I have yet to loose a real paypal account.
So I just dont have a physical address yet for paypal. I use my old paypal accounts still but never changed the addresses. Everytime I get a new physical address, I create a real account.

So you request a check from a stealth PP account and the check comes in the alias name, how do you cash it?, endorse it with the name it was made out to?

I was able to add real address. It was business account and I change biz name to real name so I can cash check. Problem is the address does not stick and they said check is returned but it's a lie and has a date of 1969 and it's a lie just like when they say the phone number isn't in your name. Try it out.

If it's a business paypal your able to change the business name, so I change it to my real name and the check comes like that.
The one account I forgot to change the name so it came in my business name, I just use mobile deposit and snapped a pic of the front and back and next business day it cleared

And I just endorsed the check by signing my real name

Dmshark25, Do you know a way around confirming your identity with your phone number with Paypal? It keeps saying the number is not registered to me because its a GV number. Please help!

Sorry i dont know that, hopefully u find a way, but in going forward keep a working number on your paypal account, whatever phone number used when u create an account make sure its one that u will always have access to. I make this a must when creating accounts, it avoids so many headaches

I have a few old pp accounts with GV as the phone they work before to verify pp number request ,, did you add the GV at a later time or when account was made?

If you saves cookies and logged in from time to time no. But if you did not do those things logging in at all is a challenge if you do not have the original number

Whatever you do with a score Paypal sees and redundant system determines what risks you have in your account, there are no restrictions on send or withdraw Paypal, in another case if you constantly withdraw to bank account within a week, especially if the account is not more than 6 months, paypal determine the risk in your account

About add new bank to paypal limited account:
Now need send ID, and bank statement and sometimes they said reply on security questions. Background and credit report holder (if used stealth accounts)

Save cookie this correct , but i think after 180 days cookie not saved in more people

yes, if you already send it 180 days ago, then paypal ask send again but only ID and bank statement but when u uplaod documents need recall and ask.
Sometimes agent ask security questions about your credit history and background report.

We withdraw limited paypal and 5 times resolve banks add problem, but if people used stealth accounts need know backgraound and credit report and documents to.

This account open on real US people and used his fullz, name, address (if don't have yours) ssn, dob , ect
You think paypal stupid and dont know it ?
PayPal doing everything to have been less stealth accounts that why check credit and background history need to be sure you real holder .

listen, if you still not read paypal policy.
PayPal now first confirm holder, because many people used stealth accounts. If you have money on paypal account and this account not your name, paypal can check it , and if you can't confirm your identity, Paypal has a right not to give this money, because you are not owner of the money.
Read US laws

It is money laundering using the wrong data, and they don't care that the clean money from ebay or ect...

Seems like it. I have 4 accounts limited since Dec. 2014 and I still cannot withdraw any of them. I already called in and still waiting for their response.

Use the Walmart visa gift cards not the vanilla ones, they come in $25, $50, $100 and $200 you can put any address on them once you get the card and go to the website to register it. When you put it on PP select credit as type of card.

i know some vanillas are rejected .. it seems like a odd number exp works better than the even number . like 7/19 work 6/18 didnt .. mite help ya
