New Stealth Paypal.... Captcha

So i was just going to add a vba and open a new account , on a new ip, new user account etc.. etc... And i get a captcha immediately during signup process... Should i just delete this user account and try a new ip? I find it odd that i am getting a captcha to open the account, and maybe this ip is flagged or something... Why risk it, ya know?

Did you check the IP are they blacklist or not ?

If you access the signup page more than once within 24hrs with same IP, Captcha is triggered. So if someone used that IP to signup for PP within 24hrs. and you try to use it to sign up, u will get Captcha.
