I have been granted 4,000 in paypal credit, but for some reason when i am trying to shop with it, i am not allowed too i am constantly getting declined

Please dont tell me this is a stealth account that you applied and got the credit on... Is this your real info and your real SSN that you used? Also, how old is the account?

Is this a working capital loan? Or just credit that they are giving you?

If it's not a stealth account, PayPal credit has a phone number you can call for questions like this. You should be able to use it if you're using it on your "buyer's" account.
