"Try later" for 3+ weeks (money stuck)
 

Hi guys,

in a few of my accounts I have money stuck for 3-5 weeks now.
The item is delivered. The tracking shows delivered. The customer even left positive feedback.
Money is pending still - estimated date shows TRY LATER for weeks now.
I re-uploaded tracking, changed to "service rendered" - nothing.

Any ideas?

3-5 weeks!
I ship/upload same day as payment.

Does PayPal show any sort or release date?

I've had it where no date is shown in eBay or PayPal and PayPal shows 'try later' where it normally shows a release date, but its alway released 7 days after uploading tracking.

I had to call for some of mine.. every transaction (over 200) got stuck so I had to call so theyd manually check each and release them

This might seem like splitting hairs but did you upload tracking in just eBay, just PayPal or did you make sure it was in both?

uploaded in both of course. the release date is "TRY LATER".
Id HATE to call in... obviously all stealth accounts.

You could try sending an email if you prefer?

I find calling is best though - you get a load of unhelpful rubbishy from emailing.

Honestly, if it's gone past 21 days, I don't know what else to suggest.

Did you phone?

If not, I'd give them an email rather than just waiting and waiting.
