Wrong, the evil merchant conglomerate known as Ebay/Paypal knows your account is stealth and will eventually burn you.
Through the 3rd party research company known as lexisnexis. They can easily search who resides at the address entered into the stealth account as well as lists of known addresses of stealth user names entered. If the information shows any discrepancy or does not show any information at all (as it is stealth) this will inevitably raise read flags or burn your account.
Don't believe me? Research it.

The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I called in to figure out why on earth my paypal was burned considering it was near perfect. the rep didnt come out and say it directly because of legal reasons but to put it shortly they've used lexisnexis to determine the information provided did not match and was deemed too much of a risk. This is based in the US so im not sure if the research company has the information or the resources to be able to do this abroad.

We all know stealth isn't a solution forever. What did you get to get burnt?

some peolpe think that if they get caught doing something wrong or if they are not smart enough to do something, then, nobody can do it ... "I'm the best, so if I cannot do it, it's impossible you can "..
The amount of money it would take to 'track' all of their account holders would eat any profit that they make.
People move, numbers get changed and there are over 400 million people in the US alone.
Sure, they COULD do it. But they are not amazon - who is in direct competition with its sellers thus feel the need to sabotage them and keep said competition going.
Ebay just wants to stay afloat. And that wont happen if they micro manage their sellers like that.

I agree with CJ. Ebay only targets sellers who are causing a problem for their business. My accounts are super strong. I just had to call in yesterday on one of them using one of my many assumed identities.
But BigCJ you do raise a good point. They COULD do it. not sure if they still use lexisnexis as much as they did back in 2012-2013. But it's just food for thought
Here is something to think about,
A. We can find a way around the issue
B. We can not worry when the account goes down because we most likely have more waiting to batter up.
Here is a video representing my accounts if they were baseball players wanting to get to play in the game of Ebay/PP: https://youtu.be/04KQydlJ-qc?t=56

eBay and Paypal allow stealth because they make more money than losing money, hence they put those 21day holds to stop losing money from scammers. The world is not perfect, this you must learn today.

Homes that are listed for sale on Zillow/ Century 21 lol In the past if i needed to call in and they asked me about the address I would say "Oh i just moved here maybe a Month ago" but now I dont ever call in and i only keep the accounts for about 2/3 months anyways
