New EU law comes in to lower limits for all the KYC stuff down to 250 euro. More relevant though is the limits no longer reset annually, they are lifetime limits. Hence making the dodge of providing documents basically impossible from then.

We will still be part of the EU until at least 2 years after the relevant trigger clause is enacted....probs until around mid 2019....so until then have to bite the bullet with EU law that comes into force before then. Although in theory once we come out we could undo it.

Any laws enacted by the EU, I have very little faith that the UK will reverse once they leave, unless the law is absurd.
Unfortunately matters pertaining to AML and KYC are increasing in popularity so this will be here to stay IMO.

Here is a question coming at it from a different perspective. With your knowledge if you were to create and run a PP account so as to avoid any complications and problems, how would you do it? Give us all the ins and outs and tricks you would use.

If you work for paypal, I doubt you know any more than the experienced members here....your only use would be to actually physically press some buttons for forumers, which I doubt you would do, unless you are offering paid services..all in all, you are not very useful...but we'll see....

You have not demonstrated the slightest amount of knowledge or proof of being a legitimate employee. All I've seen so far in this thread is you trying to evade questions, backpedaling your previous claims, and flaming others when they're calling you out.

If you're truly an employee, then start contributing to those in need on the forums and then we might believe you. Otherwise, check out 4chan if you need a better place to troll.

Looks like things hasn't changed at all after reading the new pages. OP didn't answer a single legitimate questions other members posted about Paypal in this thread, except for participating further into the thread drama.

We can therefore conclude OP really is just a phony troll :)

I am guessing a Malay or Filipino call center worker judging by the English and lack of social context, and is unskilled on internet forums.

I think the person is real, but the trickle of info represents a lot of uncertainty about what they should say. Probably because they are worried about being identified, and more likely saying something that is already common knowledge.

The OP would be better served just sharing what he/she knows, answer the questions asked and say "I don't know about that" when it's the case.

I do agree with the last post, and this thread should get shut down if it doesn't start getting useful quickly.

1. Re-reading previous paypal posts, coming up with one liner obvious answers and nothing getting done to try and build credibility....

2. Just running around in circles and refusing to ask/give answers.

3. post counting/building to become a seller.

Be warned that the OP may start asking for more PMs in order to 'sell' the deep paypal info

There is a lot of crap advice on this forum; opinionated, defensive kids that are allowed to run riot unchecked.

You know what pissed me off? calling our advice "crap". We....the people of this forum go out of our way for free...and give back, no one is forced to do so, we do it because we want people to prosper.

You should know, as you are up there with the best of them. Telling everyone every problem they have is because they have inferior creation methods to you. Saying you create bank confirmed stealths everyday for the last 2 or 3 years but only ever have used 20 and you never lose any.........hmmmm:rolleyes:

Agreed. That's why I said in theory.

I wouldn't be surprised if the odd law was reversed eventually though just to please the masses and get a bit of a feel good factor going. Allowing imperial measures back so people can sell by the pound and yard for example.

That's completely true. I couldn't agree more, but having good intentions doesn't mean what you're doing is right, I'm afraid.

And I'm not talking about the established, long standing members. I'm talking about the morons that have a bad experience and scream that everything is impossible or dead or finished. And the idiots that refuse to listen to what is being said to them. I don't understand why their posts and threads are left uncorrected and uncriticised.

Yeah, she shouldn't have said the advice is 'crap', but who among us hasn't said the wrong thing in a forum post, especially early on. Different forums have different unwritten rules too. What's more, when things are written in black and white, it's impossible to tell the spirit in which they are meant.

She put up with more aggravation than I would have done before arguing back.

She should just share some of her wisdom .. I am open ears but yet to get a answer to anything that would make me think she knows something that a pp tech would ... I mean prove everyone and blow our minds just understand that many times in the past we get someone claiming to be a insider get 100 ppl asking and 6 pages deep just to disappear without ever answering anything of value .. makes me think ppl like saying i am god would you like the knowledge of the universe just ask me
