As i manage lots of accounts on PP, i run into lots of bugs and various problems with PP system. Because of this i call PP nearly every day. What i can say- most of the time i need to call 2-4 times in a row to speak to the other person after i get run into one who is really able to help and knows how to manage and fix situation/bug. All the rest of them are dumb-asses who can advice to wait for a 24 hour and try again.
Only one time i was really impressed when runned into real technic guru who knew PP system to the bones and i pretended myself like a guy who understands just a little, gave him a questions "arround" why he was bussy with account and found out lots and lots of info how PP system works.
Also one lady on a phone impressed me too- whatever i was asking she was answering "very strange, no idea why this could happen.." and she refused to let talk to anyone other :D Stupid as fck :D So i had to call again, was connected to another person who fixed my problem in less than a minute.
So there is simply no pint to ask any questions from someone who screams he works at PP. U can work at PP and be stupid as fck- that lady proved that.
Also- ir the topic started person works for PP, so if i would post there email adress of one stealth account, he would post there back a name and surname of that account? Would not be to hard! but i guess excusess would come in at this point :D |
