best, cheapest service for several accounts at once?

If you plan to have several ebay/paypal accounts (at least 5-10), what's the cheapest virtual number service out there? I haven't found one that allows unlimited or more than one virtual number per account. Has anyone else?

what's your budget plan?

Not quite sure yet, still working that out, however, I am not a big seller by any means. I want to work off probably 2 accounts and have at least 8 backups. I'm not pulling in thousands a week (or even hundreds). So trying to be economical
