Need Canadian Phone Number To verify PayPal and Ebay

So hey guys so I just started making my eBay and PayPal stealth account, but I got stuck as I can't continue without phone verification

I'm trying to make a Canadian stealth account, and I was going to use TextNow service, but as it seems it's not working for some reason

is there a free alternative to TextNow that I can use

Why bother with a free alternative that can only cause trouble and result in lower selling limits? Just get a cheap prepaid phone - plenty of service providers sell those.
