Log in your my1voice account. From the "System Settings" menu on the left-hand side, click "Phone Numbers". Under "My Phone Numbers", Change the "Type" value from Auto Attendant to Extension. After you change that value, the call should go through directly.
Make a test phone call from another phone, you will see the call goes through without a need of punching any extension. It works like a direct phone line.
Go back to your eBay, when you get to the phone verification part, delete out that extension number, then click 'Call Now'.
It fails sometimes, but not always. When that happens, try again after 2 mins. If it keeps failing for 2 or 3 times, log out of your eBay account, close all the web browsers, then reopen the browser, log back in and try the call again.
Sometimes it takes me about 2 or 3 times to go through. Hope this helps.
