 change phone number for paypal/ebay
i want to create a france ebay/paypal account. i have no access to sim card.
i want to use online receiving sms website to verify ebay and paypal account.
but i have no access to this number for long time and
there will be some time for me to do text-message verfication when login the paypal or ebay.
so after creation of ebay or paypal, i want to change immediately to a long-term use virtual number: change the phone number of ebay and add a number on paypal and make it as the primary number.
is that okey?
