Yes, if PayPal accepts the number or lets you change the number to a GV#.

BUT: PayPal blocks 99.9% of the GV#'s not allowing you to create an acct with GV or adding a GV# later.

There are GV#'s out there that PayPal can't identify as GV# that can be used.

paypal block VOIP numbers now. you can't pass security check with GV numbers. most GV numbers works only for restore password now. also you have big chance to receive this error with GV: Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you....
