UK Non Voip Sms Service?

I am outside of the UK and will be for the forseeable future, so I dont really have a way of getting sims. Is there any service for this, specifically non voip that is good for ebay? Thanks

You can try felixmerchant, they have non-VoIP SIM options that might help with eBay.
