Use google voice to verify Paypal account?

I've searched the forums and there is little updated info about using google voice for paypal verification. Anyone used this method? Inputs? Thanks.

It means Private Message. Click on anyone's name and you will see that option.

I've never seen the need to phone verify paypal, usually only ebay.

Its useful if paypal calls you if they limit your account.
