I think It can used for PayPal Call confirm location because. Because when you register a account on Magic Jack, they will give you a US phone number as landline and maybe used for PP call confirm location.
VCC can not used for add into PayPal anymore.
But some card can be used. I'm trying to contact w/ services, they offer prepaid master card ( include ATM Card). So we can add it to PP  |
