MyVoice.com problem

Trying to figgure out myvoice.com trying to get around the ext# Well I finnally got around that and I get the call comming in. It then asks me to press #1 to take the call, so I do that and then all I get is the disconnected tone. Anyone have any ideas? I really don't expect anyone to give out there secrets but I goto ask.

Not really much of a secret bud - what you do is call the 866 number, ask for Technical Support.

You will get one in about 3-5 seconds - ask him to guide you through on removing the extension - simple as pie.

Just to follow up buddie, I took your advice and called, worked a treat so easy and everything worked sweet after a few minor setting changes!. Thanks for the advice!
