Why does it not work for paypal? Is it purely because it is a cell phone?

any reason you just can't have grandcentral forward to whatever phone you want?
Plus how stupid that they won't let you register with a cell for verification when you never know when they are going to call doesn't it make more sense to have them call you at a phone that you know you will be at?

what about the people like me who decided to get rid of their home phone all together. all i have is a cell phone plus my tracphone. i'm sure they love it when this situation happens. then they get to hold up your funds for 180 days and make interest off of it.
on another note when i called paypal to get one of accounts back, they told me they will no longer do business with me, and they will be holding my money. i told her so you guys get to hold my$900 and make interest off of it. she told me they do not collect interest from any money that they are holding. that's funny because paypal offers that investment option to gain interest on your balance.
