I don't sell accounts here but I do make a lot of LLC/EB/PP/website packages for people and while I don't have the experience of a lot of our sellers I do feel qualified to say that EGYfromhell is talking a load of carp!

Certainly from the UK perspective anyway.

If there was any basis in fact in what he says my whole operation would have been toast a long long time ago.

I cannot say for certain about Egypt being high risk but I do believe most countries in Africa are considered High Risk (Nigeria?) and I cannot see why Egypt would not be included in that list.

I have opened 2 ebay accounts just about 2 weeks ago and both got a limit of 100/$5000. Opened them as buyers accounts and without adding a cc, phone or paypal went to sell. Before ebay let me put up a listing it made me add a cc and go through the phone verify. After that the listing was allowed to go up and my limit showed as 100/$5000. I listed in the baby category which I believe made the difference as ebay probably takes it as a low risk category, but its only my opinion. I believe making the account a sellers account and verify everything without listing makes the accounts a "standard sellers account" that has a lower limit than starting out as a buyers acc. Anybody has an opinion on this?
