^Activated sims usually cost money.

Your unactivated sims are free and not activated until you top it up with the minimum.

Anybody can get tons of unactivated sim cards.

How much credit do you reckon you should have on your new mobile phone/number when starting a stealth account? I currently have a number, totally unused and unrelated to ebay, which I just use to receive calls (bought it off ebay with credit, it ran out, never put any more on as I think I had to register details to do that? All I remember is it wasn't as simple as "go to shop, buy credit, put on phone.") and thought this would be ok, as they would just use it to call me. But of course I'm thinking it's probably wise to have the ability to actually call ebay/paypal from this phone too?!

Also the post a few up "However if your going to lift the limits on paypal remeber you will need a landline number though but you already know this im sure" noooooooo say it ain't so heheh! From reading the guide many times, I thought you only needed a mobile number and should stay away from landlines? So you can save giving your landline number until when you need to lift paypal limits? If so, what is the limit you get on paypal without providing a landline, only a mobile number?
